a football and super hazel

Hazel,

We were a little behind the game on Halloween this year. Fortunately, your sister LOVES her Super Hazel cape Aunt Al made her, and we thought that would make a good costume. The other good news is that we got a sleeper for you that was a football, which made a perfect costume too. You guys are so cute! We ended up going down by Clearlake Elementary since that is a much bigger neighborhood. There were so many families out, it was just perfect! The fire department was even out and we got to sit on a fire truck. Pretty sure you didn't even notice, but that's okay! We had fun, and you did great (as always).

Fletcher, we did it! We made it to the pumpkin patch this fall! You were such a trooper, hanging out in the front pack the whole time while we explored. We can't wait for next year when you get to try some of the fun games and activities. You did seem to enjoy the tractor ride to see the pumpkin patch!

Fletcher,
You are sitting up so well now that we thought we'd try out sharing the bath with Hazel. Good news, you loved it! Apparently splashing is a hobby of yours. Seriously, you'd win a gold medal. You splash big, and are quite persistent. You don't even care that you splash yourself more than anything else, you just keep going.

Seven Months

Fletcher,
Hi buddy! You are seven months old. You are happy, joyful, chatty, and overall wonderful. You still love being around people, and you love when your sister plays with you. You are a rock star sitter. You can roll over (although you don't do it often), you love food-especially eating baby crackers in your hi-chair while we eat dinner, and you are babbling up a storm. You only get up once a night (usually)! You put everything in your mouth (see pictures below). You love to bounce. If somebody holds you on their lap you jump, jump, jump around! You are starting to belly laugh...which makes everyone around you laugh too. Your joy is infectious buddy. I hope you stay this joyful always!
